Prices
2025 Price List:
Upon entering your booking on Online Scout Manager, there will be a deposit requested by the bookings secretary. An invoice with the estimated camp costs will be sent with the deposit required, details about your booking and how to pay.
Deposits are calculated as £20 per night (Clarke Hut), £10 per night (Alpine Hut), £5 per night (Field pitch with no building booked)
Notes for Booking:
- For any alterations or mistakes in the booking, get in contact with the bookings secretary
- ALL bookings must be made with a minimum of 7 days before the visiting date.
- For non-residentials bookings, ensure you have booked a day/evening group visit item before booking any other activities. Bookings cannot be accepted if there is no group visit item available on that day.
Camping Fee (2025)
NOTE: This is also added onto the building fee
